In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Products kept for over 5 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Ponsard Group, LLC at the customersÂ’ expense.
